History
Snelling entered the staffing industry in 1951 with a single office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and expanded to 50 offices by 1967. Since then, the organization has grown to more than 200 offices generating in excess of $400 million in sales. Snelling ownership is privately held. In February 2005 Snelling expanded its capabilities as the result of an ownership investment by Patriarch Partners. Patriarch's strategy mirrors that of Snelling: a commitment to grow Snelling in a manner that reinforces its position as a staffing industry leader by providing jobs and improving peoples' lives.
