Snelling was founded by employment industry pioneers Lou & Gwen Snelling in 1951 in Philadelphia, PA.
In 2005, Patriarch Partners and CEO Lynn Tilton invested in Snelling to help further our growth. Through Ms. Tilton's leadership, Snelling is now certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
Currently headquartered in Dallas, TX, Snelling continues to provide comprehensive workforce planning/ management solutions to our 4,000+ clients through our network of 110 corporately owned offices and franchises. Our mission of partnering with clients to easily match the right talent to the right job in the right company continues to serve us well. In 2013, Inavero awarded "The Best of Staffing-Client" award for delivering exemplary customer service, a client bestowed award earned by less than 1% of companies in the staffing industry.
