RA Source, LLC, assumes ownership of staffing services San Antonio office
San Antonio, February 18, 2011 – RA Source, LLC, has assumed ownership of Snelling Staffing Services in San Antonio. The San Antonio office has been open since 1996 and was previously owned by Cornucopia Enterprises.
With more than 15 years combined experience in management and human resources in the staffing industry, Roger Rohus and his wife Andrea Rohus serve as vice president and president of RA Source, respectively. The Rohus’ commitment to integrity and exceeding client expectations will define the client relationships of Snelling Staffing Services San Antonio. The Rohus’ decision to assume ownership of Snelling Staffing Services San Antonio began out of the realization that there is an untapped market in the San Antonio area for a staffing and recruiting firm that can fill an “out-of-the-box” void left by other temporary and permanent placement agencies.
“There is so much vitality, development and growth opportunity in San Antonio right now. This creates specific skill projects that need creative workforce solutions. That’s what we provide; that’s why we are here,” said Andrea Rohus.
“The need to efficiently and effectively match specifically skilled employees with clients in order to save employers’ time and money and offer associates opportunities to showcase their talents is ever present. This requires a high level of communication and collaboration,” said Roger Rohus. “It means asking open-ended questions, listening and understanding the reasons – and even the reason behind the reason – for the staffing needs, as well as knowing the local market so that we can truly serve each client and candidate, not just “sell” them our goods.”
The challenge of this vision lies in training and encouraging all personnel to treat each client and candidate with the same care and with the same level of communication. The Rohuses claim that this is what led them to Snelling and, specifically, to the Snelling San Antonio office. RA Source purchased Snelling San Antonio from Cornucopia Enterprises and its owners Vicki and Bob Cornelius, who are retiring.

Their integrity in their business practices and supporting their clients and employees made it an easy decision for us to make an offer. Under the direction of Andrea and Roger Rohus, Snelling Staffing Services San Antonio has a full-time staffing manager and business development manager to help develop the office’s expertise in administrative/clerical, human resources, information technology, finance and accounting, and manufacturing, production and light industrial staffing. Snelling Staffing Services will handle recruiting, background checks, skills evaluation, preliminary interviewing and screening of all candidates for its clients. The company works in partnership with the client and candidates to provide the best customer service available in order to facilitate communication, troubleshoot problems and ensure that both parties have the right fit.
