The Huntsville Snelling office is a female/veteran owned small business, locally owned and operated by George A. Barnes for over 32 years. As business owners, we have a stake in our community and are committed to the success of our operation. The Huntsville Snelling Team realizes that our success depends solely on the business relationships we develop with our clients. Therefore, we strive to provide that added personal touch that is so often lacking within larger organizations. Snelling has a large national system with an entrepreneurial spirit and personal, hands-on dedication that ensures customer satisfaction and the ability to provide service accross the country.

The Huntsville Snelling Team, with 70 combined years of industry experience, has ranked number one in the region for four years and in 2005 was ranked #11 in the nation. We were also recognized for top-producers in the following categories: Business Development Manager, Staffing Management Team, Recruiter, and First Year Achiever. George Barnes - President, Owner, Executive Recruiter
 
George has 32 years of staffing industry experience. As an Executive Recruiter, he specializes in the placement of banking executives throughout the Southeast. In 2005 his office ranked #17 in the nation. In 2006 George was recognized in the Silver Circle for production. He has received 4 national performance awards in 2007. Additionally, he was the recipient of the National Snelling Award for leadership and dedication. George has served as President of the Alabama Staffing Association, Alabama Personnel Consultants, North Alabama Sales & Marketing Executives, and the Huntsville Rotary Club. He has dedicated 20 years to the Snelling Franchise Advisory Council and spent 15 years on the Board of Directors at Kentucky Trust Bank. He also serves on the board of the Huntsville-Madison County Public Library.
 
 
  
Selina Kingston - Business Manager
 
Selina joined Snelling with 15 years of retail management experience. She has worn many hats during her 10 years tenure with Snelling and currently oversees Snelling Professional Services. She keeps the financial side of both divisions, Snelling Staffing Services and Snelling Professional Services, running smoothly.
 

 

 
Penny Kell - Executive Recruiter
 
Penny joined Snelling with three years of diverse recruiting and sales experience in the middle Tennessee market. She specializes in the career placement of banking executives. Penny received 3 national performance awards in 2006 and 4 national performance awards in 2007. She is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Cyndi joined Snelling with over 25 years of sales and business ownership experience. She specializes in the career placement of sales professionals throughout the Southeast and the Central U.S. In 2006 Cyndi was recognized in the Bronze Circle for production and was recognized in 2007 in the Silver Circle for production.

Aaron joined Snelling with over 7 years of business management experience with a primary focus on new business development and growth. He specializes in the contract and career placement of information technology and engineering/manufacturing professionals. He received 2 national performance awards in 2007.

Kathy Walton - General Manager & FSO
 

Kathy is in her 7th year at Snelling. She joined the team with 15 years of retail management experience. In 2004 she was named Regional Manager of the Year and her office ranked #11 in the nation in 2005.  She is certified as a Temporary Staffing Specialist. Kathy is a member of the North Alabama Society of Human Resource Management, the National Classification Management Society Inc., and is on the Huntsville-Madison County Employment Committee. She is also a member of Executive Women International and has served two terms on their Board of Directors.

Kat Eubanks - Senior Staffing Manager

Kat is in her 7th year at Snelling. She joined the team with 11 years of supervisory experience primarily in manufacturing, distribution and staffing. She specializes in the temporary and temp-to-hire placement of clerical, customer service and light industrial candidates. In 2004, 2005, and 2006 Kat was recognized for her part on the Staffing Management Team of the Year. She is certified as a Temporary Staffing Specialist. Kat is a member of the South Huntsville Civitans and served on their Board of Directors for three terms. She is also the company coordinator for the annual Junior Achievement Bowl-a-thon.

Wendy joined Snelling nearly 2 years ago with over 7 years of clerical background including human resources and accounts payable experience. Her skills proved to be very useful when processing payroll for employees and invoicing clients.

Brenda Nobles - Staffing Coordinator

Brenda joined Snelling with over 10 years of administrative, customer service and sales experience. Her professionalism and outgoing personality make her a natural on the front desk. She recently celebrated her one year anniversary with Snelling.

Amy joined Snelling with 25 years experience in customer service and sales with 4 of those years in the staffing industry. She specializes in the temporary, temp-to-hire and career placement of accounting and administrative professionals.   

 

Michele Tola - Business Development Manager

Michele joined Snelling with 11 years of sales experience. As Business Development Manager, she takes a consultative approach to meeting the needs of her Research Park and Madison area clients. Michele creates customized solutions to solve her client's career placement and staffing needs.
