From 410:
Take IH 10 E. Take the Vance Jackson exit and proceed to the Vance Jackson underpass. Take the turnaround, placing you on the West Bound Access Road of IH 10.
From Downtown San Antonio, Texas
Take IH 10-W. Take the Cross Roads exit (the exit just past the Vance Jackson exit). This will place you on the West Bound Access Road of IH 10.
