Sales representative - IT

JOB DESCRIPTION

Snelling is looking for a It Sales Representative to join the team in San Jose, CA! At Snelling we believe that our inside talent is what will drive our sales over the next ten years. If you have good interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, great follow through and know that customer service is your best attribute, then this could be the job for you!

Responsibilities include:

  • Educating customers about our business solutions
  • Cold-calling, generating new leads and prospecting accounts
  • Closing customer contracts and generating new sales
  • Analyzing consumer needs and developing innovative solutions

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 or 4 year degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT/ Professional Staffing experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
