Maintenance Mechanic


Snelling Staffing is seeking experienced industrial Maintenance Mechanics for multiple clients in the Buffalo area. As a Maintenance Mechanic you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the production equipment and plant facility in a conscientious and reliable manner, consistent with all company standards.

Must be available to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift

Competitive Pay –  Based on experience

Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative and repair maintenance on production equipment
  • Starts machines and equipment to test proper functioning
  • Record all daily maintenance tasks
  • Trouble shoots machines as needed
  • Maintains safe working environment
  • Complete work orders and responds to maintenance calls
  • Start up and operate production machinery/equipment
  • Respond to all calls for production line in a timely manner

Maintenance Mechanic Requirements:

  • Previous experience in industrial maintenance is a must
  • High level of integrity and trust
  • Self-motivated
  • Adaptable
  • Dependable
  • Follows direction well
  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent
