Client Relations Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Snelling Staffing is recruiting a full-time Client Relations Specialist. This  direct hire opportunity is offering great pay with benefits.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Provides support to clients by setting up new accounts with various vendors such as cellular, utilities and online subscriptions. Act as liaison between Family Office and appropriate vendors.  Respond to all vendor inquiries.
  • Run errands to add value to the client experience, such as obtaining international cash as needed and bank deposits.
  • Provides support for various events by purchasing gifts, supplies and other items. 
  • Direct liaison with client’s office staff in San Francisco to provide support.
  • Reviews invoices for accuracy; code invoices for general ledger posting.
  • Prepares personal charitable letters to be sent to charities when the clients make a personal charitable donation.
  • Matches returned charitable letters to record the correct destructibility in the Accounting Systems and file in the appropriate tax file.
  • Research travel options for clients and make reservations when necessary.
  • Maintain assigned accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and accounts payable files.
  • Prepare all files for storage as needed.
  • Assemble and process outgoing mail and overnight shipments as needed.
  • Prepare analysis of accounts as required.
  • Assist Relationship Managers as necessary.
  • Performs other general office duties as assigned.

.Minimum Qualifications 
  • Associates Degree or higher required.
  • 2-5 years or more of experience as an administrative assistant in a financial level setting
  • Detail oriented and organized in work
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Direct Hire $40K-$45K plus Benefits
