Snelling of Northern Colorado seeks a TEMPORARY Law Office Administrator for our Boulder litigation client. The incumbent will handle various administrative duties, following office policy & procedures, maintaining and distributing reports, processing new clients, answering phones and more.

PERKS for the Office Administrator candidate:

  • $15-18/hour DOE
  • Hours are M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm with a 1 hour lunch. No OT.
  • Company paid parking fee
  • Respectful, stable, small environment

QUALIFICATIONS for the Office Administrator:

  • 2-5 years' office administrative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills-Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to learn new software
  • Exceptional ability to handle varied tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Maturity and judgment to interact effectively with employees and clients
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize administrative duties and client needs throughout the day
