Office Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:
Local company is hiring a full time Office Administrator. This person is responsible for overseeing the administrative and accounting team, including but not limited to: human resource, accounts payable, accounts receivables, payroll and work in progress.

Compensation:
• $58-65K annually DOE

Responsibilities:
• Ability to manage in house systems and procedures
• Support company growth through strategic relationships and network organizations
• Maintain effective communication regarding AR and AP with clients and involved parties
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Administer employee benefit programs and maintain employee files
• Submit and track worker’s compensation claims and requirements
• Administer safety programs and policies
• Process payroll using third-party company
• Track and analyze monthly operating results against budget
• Prepare budgets and financial reports
• Perform job costing comparison as needed

Requirements:
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within the construction industry
• Knowledge and understanding of QuickBooks is required
• Strong understanding of job costing and work in progress is a plus
• Proven strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to meet stringent deadlines and work independently
