JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Create a Communication Plan – Write and send the Communication Plan (must be able to complete end to end with little direction and supervision).

    • Be able to lead discussions with management/stakeholders and engage in the project meetings and gather knowledge, picking up relevant info and applying it to the project coordination/communication and Org Change Management.

    • Meet with all job levels to understand project scope and communication plan/strategy.
    • Write, edit, create and proof materials for use across organization for the project.
    • Use project management tools to manage communication timing, message, audience etc.
    • Create a detailed business analysis and execute other project related functions and deliverables – outline problems, opportunities and solutions.
    • Define business requirements and report them back to stakeholders.

    1. Nature/Purpose of Contact with Others (not including direct/indirect reports or supervisor):  Briefly describe the typical business contacts for this job and the nature of these contacts.
    • Coordinate with 3 Product Owners to support systems/training and communication plan
    • Work with experience groups, gathering their insight and info/feedback and recommendations
    • Take direction from Product Owners on the deliverables needed to target each week
    • Be flexible on various requests as it relates to the project as well as OCM related project deliverables.
    • Gather communication and project-relevant information/data to help with product adoption and change management
    1. Team Activity: Describe the types of teams someone in this job would typically be part of and their specific role(s) on the team(s).
    • This role will work with majority of the team across Information Systems to support training and adoption
    1. Project Management: Describe the type of projects a team member in this job would be expected to contribute to and/or lead, if any.
    • Provide update on the status of Communication/Lead/OCM Lead
    • Provide any challenges and follow up with product delivery team
    • Lead communication strategy meetings with product owners
    • Deliver actual documents and status of those as it relates to OCM, Communication and other efforts within the project
  • Requirements:

    Preferred Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree

     

    Preferred areas of study:

    • Communication
    • Organizational Change Management
    • Business System or Computer Information Systems
    • Graphic Design

     

    Experience Required:

    • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management/Communication for project implementation
    • Solid understanding of project life cycle
    • Leading or support of large enterprise programs and initiatives

     

    Experience Preferred:

    • Familiarity with ServiceNow
    • Good with graphics and visuals during creation and formatting of presentations and communications

     

    Competencies (soft skills) Required:

    • Self-starter that takes initiative and makes decisions independently without the need for detailed direction
    • Highly detail-oriented and organized
    • Great time management skills (will be required to manage weekly deliverables)
    • Receptive to feedback and willing to make suggestions for improvements
    • Great problem solver and critical thinker
    • Team player that is respectful, attentive and dedicated to the project

     

    Skills Required:

    • Fluent in English (reading, writing)
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

     

    Preferred Certification:

    • Prosci Change Management Certification
    • Other Change Management Certification
