Our client, a Houston-based manufacturer of parts that support the oil and gas, among other, industries, seeks a Receptionist for their location in The Heights.
Hours are M-F 8am to 5pm, pay is $12 per hour, temporary to hire.
Possess excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to welcome visitors entering the office, issue passes and direct them to the appropriate locations.
Experience sending and receiving office correspondence.
Able to politely assist customers in person and via telephone.
Can direct guests, route deliveries, and courier services.
Open and properly distribute incoming mail.
High school diploma or GED equivalent completed
