Shop Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Shop Manager with hands on electromechanical controls and components experience.  This manager will be responsible for the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the Control Panel Manufacturing Department, as well as providing leadership and direction to the manufacturing team. Our client has a direct hire position available with a Monday – Friday schedule and a starting salary range of $55-$70K with a full benefits package. 

The general responsibilities for the Electrical Shop Manager:

  • Day to Day operations management: all aspects
  • Working closely with engineers, being on the development team
  • Developing and enforcing SOP

The basic requirements for the Electrical Shop Manager:

  • A minimum of (3) three years in the manufacture of electrical components
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to create and motivate a winning team.
