Calibration Technician I Inspection
1st shift: 7am-5pm Monday – Friday
Pay: $16.11 hr – $19.49 hr

Position Overview: Calibrates, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots instruments and equipment for manufacturing plants to ensure conformance to established calibration standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plans sequence of testing and calibration program for instruments and equipment according to blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and other specifications.
Analyzes and converts test data, using mathematical formulas, and reports results and proposed modifications.
Sets up test equipment and conducts tests on performance and reliability of mechanical or electromechanical equipment.
Must have knowledge of blueprints, schematics, technical manuals.
Be familiar with pyometry theories, and proficient with Specification standards as well as in house requirements. Education / Licensing Requirements: High School Diploma preferred Experience Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent at least 3 years of related experience.
Works closely with electrical apparatuses and should also have knowledge of electricity and circuitry, relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and should be familiar with current practices and procedures.
Working Conditions:
Be able to sit/stand for long periods of time. • Able to have a flexible work schedule.
