Staffing Recruiter


SNELLING is currently seeking a STAFFING RECRUITER.  The focus of this position is to make connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve their employment and hiring goals. Extroversion and the confidence to engage and positively impact job seekers and clients are essential. While the STAFFING RECRUITER is required to have strong initiative and self-direction, results are achieved through people, so an appreciation of individual’s needs and motivations is crucial. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable making marketing phone calls, developing repeat clients, scheduling appointments, and building long-term relationships with key clients.


  • Source and identify credible applicants using job boards and other methods.
  • Screen qualified applicants against the job description over the phone and through in-person interviews to gauge skills and specific lines of questioning used to rule out unqualified candidates.
  • Follow up with all candidates and clients throughout the hiring process, ask for referrals, and use a database to track and build a solid network of candidates who may fit future job descriptions.
  • Present qualified and screened resumes to clients with preparedness to answer questions regarding the candidate’s qualifications.

  • Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office products
