JOB DESCRIPTION

Snelling Services is working on an Exciting Human Resources Associate Opportunity

Monday through Friday’s 8:30am to 5:00pm (Temporary assignment, est. end date Dec 2019)

  • Complete and process Forms I-9, verifies documentation and maintain required I-9 files.
  • Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks
  • Reconciles benefits statements and process payments
  • Assists with processing of new hire / on-boarding functions and terminations
  • Assists with recruitment and interview process
  • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Vice President and HR Business Partners
  • Manage and support general office needs; photocopies; mail, scans and emails documents
  • Files documents into appropriate employee files
  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested
  • Prepares new-employee files

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related filed / equivalent work experience
  • Skilled in MS Office, Strong communications skills, Positive Interactive Personality
  • 2-3+ years Related Expereince required
