JOB DESCRIPTION

HR Coordinator – (Temporary need/End of Year) 

Snelling Services is working on a Fantastic need for one of our Top clients, submit your resume today for immedidate review!  

  • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files. Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks
  • Reconciles benefits statements and process payments
  • Support and assist with payroll processing 
  • Assists with processing of new hire / onboarding functions and terminations
  • Assists with recruitment and interview process
  • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Vice President and HR Business Partners
  • Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions
  • Files documents into appropriate employee files
  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested
  • Prepares new-employee files, Processes mail

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • 2-3 years related experience required
