Help Desk Administrator



  • Identify potential computer networking and computer application areas
  • Provide troubleshooting and help desk support.
  • Provides local as well as remote help desk support
  • Provide technical assistance and training to user staff
  • Prepare, coordinate and supervise systems implementation
  • Manage Active Directory services on Windows 2003 and 2008
  • Setup, manage, and maintain hardware, applications, network management and network/application monitoring tools
  • Support and maintain telecommunications systems
  • Support ERP system
  • Controls access permissions and privileges
  • Other duties are directed by management


  • Entry level to 2 years of experience required
  • Ability to identify, interpret and evaluate system and network requirements
  • Knowledge of networking computer hardware and software
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
  • Knowledge of Epicor a plus, not required


Associate’s Degree in any Computer or Information Technology discipline

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
