Call Center Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Snelling has openings for a Call Center Administrator for a large fast-paced health benefit company located in Dallas, TX. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Daily, weekly, monthly reporting
Attendance Tracking; reporting tardiness and absences daily to Call Center Management
Maintain call center call volume and voice mail reports
Support call center team with training, documentation, and issue resolution
Back up Call Center Counselor when coverage is required
First level Quality Assurance
Pull all requested recorded calls
Project Management
Document, train, support and troubleshoot

Required Qualifications:

Associates Degree OR related experience in administrative support and call center/customer service (preferably Health & Welfare)
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Strong work ethic and self-starter
Excellent follow through and attention to detail
Knowledge of MS Office Suite
Health & Welfare enrollment experience strongly desired

Shifts:
Monday-Friday
8AM-5PM
7:30AM-4:30PM
