Customer Service Representative

Snelling Staffing Services is currently hiring for a temporary to hire Customer Service Representative. This is a temporary to permanent position for a health management solutions company. The Customer Service Representative’s primary position is to offer support and schedule appointments on the phone with incoming participants as well as administrative tasks.

Schedule of the Customer Service Representative: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30pm 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Receiving 75-100 incoming calls per day, calls are usually 3-4 minutes per call
  • Scheduling participants and making sure they are confirmed for the right location and time for screenings
  • Following up on participant issues
  • Stuffing envelopes, administrative tasks
  • Multitasking, using dual screens, detail oriented, fast learner
  • Basic Excel copy paste functions
  • Evaluated for quality control, calls are monitored, they are given feedback on how many calls they take per month, calls not answered, calls transferred, calls abandoned, etc

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

  • 2+ years of Customer Service, or call center experience


  • Medical/Vision/Dental Insurance from start of assignment
  • Electronic payroll options
  • Business casual Dress Environment
