Customer Service Associate


Snelling Staffing is working on a Customer Service opportunity in Cranbury NJ. This dynamic opportunity is a long term Temp to Hire position. The successful candidate will possess prior related experience, strong communication & technical skills and a great team player personality!

  • Handle inbound customer calls processing orders received (web, fax, phone)
  • Respond to a wide variety of customer inquiries including but not limited to; product availability, pricing, order status etc.
  • Assist with order processing via phone, email or chat
  • Research, resolve and track customer issues regarding service issues, disputed invoices etc
  • Process returns, credits, debits and adjustments
  • Supporting external and internal customer requests
  • Maintaining accurate customer information, entering and updating data
  • Prior Customer Service experience preferred
  • Pharma Industry experience A+
  • Hourly rate commensurate with experience

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
    Pharma Industry experience A+
  • Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and SAP exp A+
  • Strong communication skills
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
