Inside Sales Rep

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking 2 Inside Sales Professionals to work from their North American HQ located in West Houston – this is an international, industry-leading company that provides high quality building products to customers and communities throughout the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.  

This position is responsible for building business relationships with North American companies who have contacted the organization previously, or has a previous business relationship. Client provides an extensive training program.

Genera areas of responsibility:
• Outbound and inbound Inside Sales responsibilities.
• Identifying decision makers among the targeted leads in order to begin the sales relationship building process.
• Participating fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes.
• Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
• Coordinating with customer service for status on orders from related plant departments in ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met.

Salary up to $45K. 

Temporary to Hire – during this period, Snelling offers medical, dental, vision insurance, short term insurance, weekly pay, life insurance, and holiday pay (holiday pay after eligibility requirement met).

 

Requirements

Bachelors degree preferred- 6 months of related experience is a plus (Retail, customer service, inside sales, etc.)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Highly energetic and self-starter.
Excellent telephone sales personality skills.
Highly proficient level computer skills
Should be honest, assertive and systematic.
Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
Ability to communicate ideas effectively with prospects and team members
Ability to support a dynamic sales team and work together to achieve a common goal.
