Manufacturing Customer Service Manager

Leading manufacturer of automation calibration equipment is hiring for a Customer Service Manager to lead the customer service and sales support teams at the Marietta Headquarters. The Customer Service Manager is a key leader in providing quality sales support pre- and post-sales support related to providing the best customer experience while improving customer manufacturing processes and data optimization.

The Customer Service Manager will demonstrate expertise with:

  • Experience working in an administrative, sales, or financial environment related to one of the following industries: chemical, pharm, food/bev, power gen, water/waste water, or oil & gas
  • Interacting with teams focused on manufacturing process optimization
  • Delegating team functions to ensure proper customer service and client satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Managing personnel; evaluating team, and making personnel recommendations to President
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written)
  • Writing analytical reports with strong attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills

The Customer Service Manager will have:

  • 3+ years experience managing a customer service department
  • Experience working in an administrative, sales, or financial environment related to one of the following industries: chemical, pharm, food/bev, power gen, water/waste water, or oil & gas
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or related industry is highly preferred

The Customer Service Manager will be rewarded with:

  • Salary $40,000 + $25,000 Commission Potential
  • Profit share (up to 2 months of salary)
