Bookkeeper / Office Assistant

Do you have a passion for variety in your position with a family-owned company? Do you have several years’ proven bookkeeping experience and proficiency in Quickbooks and Excel?

SNELLING of NoCO seeks a full-time, temp-to-hire Bookkeeper/ Office Assistant for a busy, Fort Collins office. You must be proficient in Quickbooks, Excel, A/P and A/R, as well as be a team player in a small office. Adaptability, initiative and customer service are imperative.

 

PERKS FOR BOOKKEEPER

  • Mon-Fri position, usually 8-5
  • $15-16/hour, temp-to-hire position

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR BOOKKEEPER

  • 2+ years QuickBooks experience
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Relevant experience in P & Ls, accrual-based accounting, reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, general ledger entry, A/P and A/R
  • Attention to detail, professional demeanor, work well with diverse personalities, solid work ethic
  • Professional references will be required
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent integrity
