HR Generalist



We are seeking for a detail-oriented and passionate HR Coordinator who performs HR applications ensuring the delivery of quality services through demonstrating a strong work ethic.

Job Duties:
· HR employee record & data file maintenance, standard reporting and operational activities within functional areas of recruitment, employee relations, and benefits
· Process recruitment on-boarding (reference checks, drug testing, post-offer physical, background check, Form 1-9, etc…)
· Provides information and guides new and current employees with completing benefit enrollment and required forms.
· Verifies and follows up on receipt of completed and signed documents, including employment forms, benefit forms, I-9, and copies of applicable licensures.
· Prepares and distributes COBRA notification letters and/or benefit packets to employees terminating employment or changing status.
· Assembles and distributes benefit enrollment materials.
· Reconciles invoices from benefit providers/carriers
· Monitors and assists with administering paid time off benefits and leave of absence (FMLA, TDI, etc..)
· Familiar with State and Federal laws.
· High school diploma or equivalent required. College graduate preferred.
· Minimum one (1) year in the Human Resources field
