- Start time 7 PM until Finish

Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent REQUIRED
2+ years of professional experience in a high-pressure customer service environment
Strong organizational, communication & customer service skills
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, and ability to learn new systems)
Staffing Industry experience is a plus
Flexibility – Schedule may vary based on business demands
Responsible for at least a headcount of 28 people
Job Description:
Snelling has immediate openings for On Site Distribution Center Manager for a large mail distribution center. We need ambitious and hardworking associates who do not mind working in a warehouse environment and can work an entire shift on his or her feet. Our On Site Distribution Center Manager will maximize sales revenues and profitability of the on-site client location through maximizing productivity, ensuring proper training and retention plans are followed, and controlling measurables.
Job duties include the following:
– Supervise mail sorting process including employee productivity, quality control, and cost management
– Manages ongoing client relationship, including generating new revenue
– Review safety, employee relation, and client issues to develop solution plan
– Train, develop, and supervise floor employees
– Serve as backup to Onsite Coordinator for payroll processes
– Create and maintain employee schedules
