Firm Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Firm Administrator is a new position for our client and will require an experienced, tech-savy professional who can manage weekly planning, coordinate and train staff; manage communications with clients and vendors; and manage the administration of business activities of the firm including budget preparation and management, human resources, information technology, business development activities, employee training and development and project management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • High comfort level with technology implementation and use
  • Quick learner that embraces and fosters change
  • General business experience and comfort level with analyzing financial information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailed oriented, highly organized, ability to manage multiple projects, with the ability to prioritize and shift focus as necessary
  • Collaborative, team oriented and demonstrated leadership qualities required

 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.

  • 7-10 years minimum experience

 

Salary:  $50,000-$75,000, depending on experience
