HR Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

SNELLING is currently seeking an HR Assistant for a local Tyler company. The HR Assistant will support the HR Manager by handling new hire onboarding, keeping track of time entry, payroll, benefits, and other administrative duties. The pay rate for this position will be $13-14/HR depending on experience.

Qualifications to be considered for the HR Assistant position include:

  • Must have steady job tenure
  • Must have at least 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must have excellent time management skills and be detail oriented
  • Must be able to work alone and in a team environment
  • Punctual and timely attendance
  • Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills
