Snelling Staffing is looking for a savvy Sales Representative for our Dallas office with an entrepreneurial spirit to grow our 67-year old brand and have a lot of fun doing it! Sales Representative Features:
Schedule and conduct 15-20 face to face meetings weekly
Responsible for completing daily cold calls for prospective customers
Generate new leads and prospecting accounts
Build and strategize target account list
Manage territory both geographically and through sales funnel
Communicate with Recruiting team pertinent information about clients and prospects
Work collaboratively with recruiting team to fill job orders
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and prospects
Complete all weekly reports in a timely manner
Maintain current client relationships while developing new clients
Sales Representative Skills:
2-3 years of experience in Staffing
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and problem-solve
Time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize task
Excellent oral and written communication skills
