Position Overview
A respected Albuquerque organization is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role provides executive-level administrative support, manages complex scheduling and communications, coordinates board meetings and special events, and serves as a key liaison between executive leadership and internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
Coordinate board meetings, agendas, materials, and official documentation
Prepare meeting minutes, resolutions, and executive correspondence
Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, board members, staff, and community stakeholders
Coordinate special projects, events, and executive initiatives
Manage travel authorizations, expense reports, and reimbursements
Draft and edit professional communications, reports, and presentations
Assist with budget tracking, reporting, and administrative operations
Coordinate front desk and administrative support functions at the Workforce Training Center
Oversee intern and student employee hiring and scheduling
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience, OR
Associate’s degree and 5 years of related experience, OR
High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of related experience
Skills & Experience
Executive-level administrative support experience
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Experience handling confidential information with discretion
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration tools
Budget tracking and office administration experience preferred
Compensation
$45.00 – $60.00 per hour, depending on experience
Long-term temporary assignment
