Job Description
Passenger Assistance Liaison
Responsible for assisting passengers with their customer service needs and overall customer care. The PAL must be highly customer service oriented and a positive representation of the customer.
Responsibilities
- Customer service and investigating customer service issues. Assisting passengers with transition from curbside to the ticket counter(s), assisting with luggage, mobility, and wayfinding. Tracking and organizing all luggage carts.
- Assisting Administration with event set-ups, tours or other special events.
- Required to make routine terminal inspections of the restrooms, Military Hospitality Suite, and evaluate overall terminal condition. Reports all issues that needs to be addressed to proper directors.
- Provides patrons with positive feedback and overall exemplary customer experience.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of customer service experience
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in stressful situations
- Must be able to pass extensive background check
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
