Our client is seeking a seasoned professional to join their team focusing on employee recruitment and business development. Our client is looking for an individual to garner new company leads as well as farm new industrial/warehouse employees for the business. All applicants must be able to operate in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment while maintaining premier customer relations skills. Our client is offering a salary in the range of $40,000-$50,000 per year with benefits and potential for greater opportunities and bonuses with proven dedication and work ethic.
Duties:
- Identify & qualify top talent by interviewing, testing & referencing job seekers
- Provide exceptional customer service to Snelling’s well-established clientele
- Own the order fulfillment process from initial job requisition to candidate assignment start
- Coordinate onboarding between client & candidate
- Must be able to Multi-task & maintain sense of urgency & attention to detail
- Have fun!
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college is REQUIRED!! (Business or related field is strongly preferred)
- 1-2 years related work experience in Sales or Industrial customer service
- Ability to build & maintain internal & external business relationships
- Professional communication & presentation
- Microsoft Office & ATS Systems
- Results-oriented & flexible to adapt & succeed in a constantly evolving environment needed
- Competitive spirit and drive to succeed
- Happy, outgoing with a smiling face
