Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and comfortable guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed
Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors
Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and other common areas
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management
Follow hotel cleaning standards and safety procedures
Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs
Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with guests
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Reliable and punctual
Must be able to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Work Environment:
Fast-paced hotel setting
Requires physical activity, including lifting and repetitive tasks
May include weekends and holidays
