Job Description
10 hour shifts – weekends when needed
Must have forklift experience
Manage the assignment of 30-50 employees and monitor additional contractors during peak seasons
Utilize applicant tracking systems and Excel to track recruitment funnels, turnover rates, and time-to-fill metrics
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting regular meetings to ensure staffing levels meet production goals
Spend time on the production floor to understand labor needs, safety requirements, and workflow bottlenecks
Maintain meticulous records for compliance, including background checks and drug screenings, ensuring audit readiness
Provide weekly data reports to leadership to drive operational strategy
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for production, skilled trades, and general labor roles
Experience managing a flexible workforce or temporary-to-permanent recruitment pipelines
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and solve staffing shortages or retention issues
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both corporate executives and floor associates
High level of attention to detail regarding payroll accuracy and employment law
