We’re hiring experienced Pega/Laser Mechanics for a rapidly growing precision sheet metal manufacturer expanding its North Texas operation. We’re specifically targeting skilled operators who can set up their own machines—not just load parts and push buttons.

Available Shifts
1st Shift – Monday – Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
2nd Shift – Monday – Thursday, 3:30pm – 2:00am
* Overtime available based on production needs, including Fridays & Saturdays
What You Need
* 3–5 years of Amada Punch Press / Pega Laser experience preferred
* Must have machine setup experience
* Set tooling and machine parameters independently
* Set up and operate CNC punch/laser equipment
* Read blueprints, CAD drawings and work orders
* Adjust speed, power, focus and other cutting parameters
* Basic CNC program editing/troubleshooting
* Work with steel, stainless steel and aluminum
* Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers and gauges
* Troubleshoot quality issues and make machine adjustments
* Perform routine machine maintenance
