2nd Shift
Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM–2:00 AM
Four 10-hour shifts
+ 2nd Shift Differential
Overtime opportunities!
📍 Currently working in Bonham, TX
What We’re Looking For
* We want experienced operators who know their way around Amada Punch/Laser equipment or comparable CNC sheet metal machinery.
* 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
You should be comfortable with:
* Setting up and operating CNC punch and laser equipment
* Reading and interpreting blueprints, travelers and specifications
* Selecting tooling and setting machine parameters
* Understanding material type, thickness and grain direction
* Inspecting finished parts for burrs, burns, slag and other defects
* Adjusting cut conditions to maintain part quality
* Performing routine and preventative machine maintenance
* Completing quality checks and production documentation
* Safely handling sheet metal parts and materials
* Working within established ISO/QMS procedures
* Experience with Amada or Pega equipment is especially valuable.

Compensation
💲 $22–$30/hour DOE
➕ 2nd Shift Differential
