3rd Shift Picker/Loader – Brookshire, TX 77423
We are seeking dependable 3rd Shift Picker/Loaders to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution team in Brookshire, TX. This position is responsible for picking and building orders, preparing pallets for shipment, and assisting with truck loading. The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, and reliable with strong attendance. Candidates must be able to work until all assigned work is completed each shift.
3rd Shift Picker/Loader Job Duties
Pick and build orders using pick tickets, voice-picking systems, or RF devices
Operate pallet jacks, tuggers, and other warehouse equipment
Stack, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipment
Assist with loading trucks as needed
Verify orders for accuracy before shipment
Move and stage products throughout the warehouse
Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized
Follow all warehouse safety procedures
3rd Shift Picker/Loader Requirements
Previous warehouse, order picking, loading, or general labor experience preferred
Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. or more throughout the shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain physically active for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
Must stay for the entire shift until assigned work is completed
Photo ID required to enter the facility
No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM until finished (typically approximately 8-hour shifts; end time depends on workload)
