Snelling Staffing is hiring Material Handlers for a well-established manufacturing company in Bryan, TX. We are currently hiring for multiple day, night, weekday, and weekend shifts.

PAY AND AVAILABLE SHIFTS

1st Shift
Monday-Thursday
6:00 AM-6:00 PM
$15.00 per hour

2nd Shift
Monday-Thursday
6:00 PM-6:00 AM
$15.50 per hour

3rd Shift – Weekend Day Shift
Friday-Sunday
6:00 AM-6:00 PM
$15.78 per hour

4th Shift – Weekend Night Shift
Friday-Sunday
6:00 PM-6:00 AM
$16.28 per hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Material Handler, you will help support manufacturing and production operations by making sure materials, supplies, and products are properly organized and available when needed.

Responsibilities may include:

Receive, inspect, organize, and store raw materials

Weigh, prepare, and stage materials for production

Transport materials and supplies to production areas

Maintain accurate labeling and inventory organization

Assist with material and product changeovers

Clean bins, containers, equipment, and work areas

Remove scrap and excess materials from production areas

Support machine operators and production employees as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

Perform other general manufacturing and material handling duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, material handling, industrial, or general labor experience is preferred

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks

Comfortable working 12-hour shifts

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment

Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures

Reliable transportation

Dependable and predictable attendance

Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
