We are seeking an experienced and passionate Grill Cook to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch a new restaurant and play a key role in delivering exceptional food and guest experiences from day one.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Operate grill station efficiently during high-volume service periods
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed
Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation
Assist with prep work and kitchen opening/closing duties
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely ticket completion
Help maintain inventory and communicate supply needs to management
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of grill cooking experience in a restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Weekend and evening availability required
