Industrial Maintenance Technician – East Bernard, TX 77435
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support equipment and facility maintenance in a fast-paced production welding environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery to ensure minimal downtime and safe, efficient operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and experienced working with industrial equipment.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Duties
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Repair and maintain welding equipment, conveyors, and production machinery
- Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime
- Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
- Assist with installation of new equipment and upgrades
- Maintain maintenance logs and complete required documentation
- Work closely with production to support continuous operations
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Industrial Maintenance Technician Requirements
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding equipment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Pay: $25.00 – $26.00+ DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 am – 4:30 pm, Saturday 6 am – 2:30 pm (OT available)
