Snelling is currently recruiting an experienced Operations Analyst – Fleet & Maintenance for a company in the Birmingham area! Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and support decision-making across a few functional areas within an organization.  

Duties & Responsibilities of Operations Analyst – Fleet & Maintenance:
Responsible for creating reports from data with actionable items to support cost efficient maintenance plans
Perform in-depth analysis of existing and incoming business plans to support accurate pricing
Track performance of maintenance plans and support decision making that impact the business
Provide analytical maintenance cost reduction plans to management
Auditing strategic maintenance plans through key productivity indicators to verify the adherence and successful implementation of applied action plans.

Essential Qualifications Operations Analyst – Fleet & Maintenance:
Proven experience in data analysis, including collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to support business decisions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities
Experience creating detailed reports with actionable insights, particularly related to maintenance or operational performance
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, with the ability to manage large datasets and perform forecasting
Ability to conduct risk assessments and evaluate business plans to support accurate pricing and strategic planning
Experience tracking KPIs and auditing performance to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and present findings to leadership
