CNC Machine Operator
Pay: $28 – $35/hour DOE
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Hours: M – F: 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Position Type: Temporary-to-Permanent Hire

How you will spend your time as a CNC Machine Operator:
Operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Perform setup, adjustments, and basic programming as required.
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Maintain equipment and a safe, organized work environment.
Skills & experience we would like you to have as a CNC Machine Operator:
2+ years of CNC machine operating experience (setup/programming a plus).
Experience with Okuma Lathes.
Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Familiarity with measurement and inspection tools.
Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Dependable and team oriented.
Eager to contribute in a small, collaborative company environment.
