Production Supervisor 3rd

Are you an experienced production leader with a background in the printing industry? We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a strong leader who thrives on developing employees, driving production performance, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll oversee daily production operations, manage a team of 6-8 employees, coordinate workflow, maintain production schedules, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Leaders are expected to arrive 30 minutes before the start of each shift and should be flexible to work overtime and weekends during peak production periods, especially in January.
 

Salary: $65,000 – $72,000 annually
Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Training: First Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday-Friday) for a minimum of 4 weeks

What We’re Looking For:
Required: Print production industry experience (Xerox and/or Canon equipment experience strongly preferred)
5+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and ISO 9001 standards
Knowledge of digital printing, insertion equipment, and production workflows
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage employee performance, scheduling, attendance, and PTO

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the mail production industry
Knowledge of postal regulations
G7 Color Management experience
Experience with Xerox, Canon, and ColorStream 3900 printing equipment
