JOB SUMMARY:
3 Month Project / Starting ASAP
SHIFT: This position may require flexing between both 1st and 2nd shift. 1st Shift: 7:30am – 4pm. 2nd Shift: 4pm – 12pm.
Responsible for accurate receiving operations, RFID tag issuance and management, pallet control, and inventory accuracy maintenance. Ensures all incoming goods are verified, properly labeled, and recorded in the system in accordance with company procedures to maintain high inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receiving Operations
· Verify incoming goods against receiving documents (item description, quantity, lot number)
· Complete receiving transactions in the system
· Generate inventory control labels per company procedures
· Properly attach labels to goods
2. RFID Tag Issuance and Management
· Upload label information into the system
· Generate RFID tags
· Attach RFID tags to correct items
· Verify RFID readability and confirm data accuracy
3. Pallet Management
· Generate master pallet labels after palletizing
· Attach labels accurately after lashing
· Ensure pallet information matches physical goods
4. Inventory Accuracy Management
· Check labeling errors and RFID reading failures
· Perform cycle counts
· Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions

· Accuracy of receiving transactions and data entry
· Correct labeling and RFID assignment
· Inventory discrepancy identification and resolution
· Compliance with warehouse procedures and standards
MAJOR CHALLENGES:
· Maintaining 100% accuracy in high-volume operations
· Preventing labeling and RFID errors
· Quickly identifying and resolving discrepancies
· Balancing efficiency with strict accuracy requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· 3 to 5-year experience in warehouse operations or inventory control preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and/or ABILITIES:
Technical Skills
· Ability to operate handheld terminals and RFID equipment
Analytical Skills
· Basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
· Ability to calculate quantities and identify discrepancies
Verification Skills
· Ability to compare physical goods, labels, and documents accurately
· Capability to detect inconsistencies in part number, lot, and quantity
COMPUTER SKILLS:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic level)
· Basic computer skills and data entry capability
