Snelling Staffing Services is now hiring dependable and motivated Production Operators for Small Assembly and Machine Operator positions in Grand Rapids, MI. These are full-time opportunities with weekly pay, overtime available, and excellent long-term benefits after hire-in.
Candidates may be placed in either assembly or machine operation roles based on experience and business needs.
Position Responsibilities
Small Assembly Duties
Assemble products and components by hand according to specifications
Perform quality inspections throughout the production process
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Meet daily production goals with accuracy and efficiency
Machine Operator Duties
Load and unload parts into machines
Enter and update production data in computer systems
Adjust machine settings, including airflow and part positioning
Conduct quality checks using measuring tools
Assist with light assembly tasks as needed
Qualifications
Reliable transportation required (bus route unavailable)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Experience using micrometers, calipers, or tape measures is a plus
