BRANCH MANAGER
Location: Greenville, SC
Full-Time | Construction Hours
Hands-on Role | Office-Based
Key Responsibilities:
• Physically participate in loading/unloading trucks and general warehouse tasks
• Oversee daily logistics and direct driver and warehouse staff
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments and branch transfers
• Provide exceptional customer service to contractors and construction clients
• Maintain accurate order entry and documentation
• Collaborate with sales staff on customer needs and feedback
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and inventory control
• Train and manage warehouse team members
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve logistical challenges
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior warehouse or operations management experience
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to perform physically demanding work
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in distribution or familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems is highly
preferred
• Basic computer literacy
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
