Full-Time | Mon–Fri (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Inspect damage and create restoration plans
Lead crews and ensure jobs are completed on time
Communicate with customers and insurance teams
Manage documentation for billing and claims
Train and mentor technicians
WHAT YOU NEED
Strong leadership & communication skills
Reliable, organized, and hands-on
Comfortable in physical work environments
Valid driver’s license + high school diploma/GED
WHAT TO EXPECT
Physical work (lifting, climbing, active job sites)
Some overtime/on-call (1 week/month)
