Pay Rate: $20.19/ Hr. + $2.00/ Hr. shift diff, with quick advancement opportunities
Available Shifts:
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m. (and every other Friday)
Job Description:
Snelling has an immediate opening for a Powder Coat Painter in Louisville, KY. This position will be responsible for applying powder coat paint to parts and components and hanging components to paint line. The Powder Coat Painter should be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Job duties include:
Apply powder coat paint to product with electrostatic spray gun.
Clean, maintain and prepare booth and powder coating equipment, clean room, floor, equipment.
Remove media from components after shot blast process.
Hang and remove parts and components on paint line.
Perform required assemblies on product before unload and removal out of area.
Powder Coat Painter Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing experience 1+ years
Must be able to lift 45 lbs. consistently
Ability to work overtime as needed
