Engineering Support Specialist
Pay Range: $60,000 – $70,000 + Robust Benefits Package
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Location: Loveland, CO

How you’ll spend your time as an Engineering Support Specialist:
Serve as a liaison between R&D and Production teams to ensure smooth product transitions.
Work directly with engineers and technicians on new product releases and continuous improvement projects.
Use SolidWorks to design, dimension, and build parts and small assemblies.
Support production with hands-on work, including assembly and testing.
Evaluate and implement product improvements to enhance performance and manufacturability.
Collaborate closely with a small, skilled team in a positive and fast-paced environment.
Skills & experience we’d like you to have as an Engineering Support Specialist:
4+ years of experience working in SolidWorks (PDM Works is a plus but not required).
Strong understanding of dimensional tolerances and mechanical drawings.
Experience working with small assemblies and precision components.
Ability to balance hands-on assembly work with engineering problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
No formal educational requirement – experience and skill are what matter most.
