Work Location: Hybrid remote with willingness to travel in Massillon & Canton, OH
Starting pay of $50, 000 a year plus Commission
Experience with Hiring and Managing a small crew of 4-8 people.
Health insurance premium covered at 100%
Two weeks of paid vacation (flexible around outages and work requirements)
Some Travel with a company vehicle provided

Account Manager Job Description
We have a Full-Time position available for a motivated, self-driven individual acting as an Account Manager in Massillon, OH. This person would report to the Regional Account Manager. This person would be responsible for handling chemicals (degreasers, caustics, and acids), assisting in chemical cleaning, building and managing a crew of 4-8 people, and ensuring the customer’s needs are met while maintaining a safe and clean environment. Lodging and food while traveling will be covered.
Other requirements:
Must be able to travel to other accounts as needed.
Note: travel could fall on the weekend and/or holidays in some situations.
Willing to work hard and get hands dirty.
Must follow specific safety protocols with regards to Personal Protective Equipment, mill site safety, chemical handling safety, etc.
Mechanically inclined – able to repair pumps, hoses, and other equipment.
Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
Positive attitude, results / solution driven
Able to have conversations with customers to determine schedules, needs, opportunities, concerns, etc.
Very professional and organized.
Drug free – note that drug test will occur upon hiring, and could occur randomly during employment
