Snelling Staffing is seeking a motivated and dependable Onsite Coordinator to support one of our premier client locations in Mesquite, TX.
Position: Onsite Coordinator
Location: Mesquite, TX
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Available Shifts:
6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Snelling representative at the client site.
Monitor associate attendance and address attendance concerns.
Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding.
Maintain positive relationships with associates and client management.
Conduct floor walks and ensure safety policies are being followed.
Resolve employee concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Complete daily reports, staffing updates, and administrative tasks.
Partner with the recruiting team to ensure staffing levels are maintained.
Qualifications
Previous staffing, recruiting, HR, or onsite coordination experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
